Revant Optics may, from time to time, offer our customers and users of our website the opportunity to receive rewards toward future purchases from the Revant Optics Website by referring other real people (“Revant Optics Refer-a-Friend Program”). If you choose to participate in the Revant Optics Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Revant Optics’ Terms & Conditions and Revant Optics’ Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Revant Optics’ Refer-a-Friend program:

Referrer

Any individual who is otherwise eligible to participate may become a member of Revant Optics’ Refer-a-Friend Program by clicking on the “Refer a Friend” Program link provided by Revant Optics via email, your RevantOptics.com account, or at revantoptics.com/pages/refer-a-friend.

Qualified Referral

A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made from the Revant Optics website by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives on our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional or repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Referred customers must be a new customer with no prior purchases from Revant Optics to be a Qualified Referral. Qualified Referrals are only accepted via the Revant Optics website. We will not accept referrals over phone, email, chat, or any other means of communication.

Referred Customer

The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).

Referral Rewards

For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete their first order from Revant Optics website and meet the Qualified Referral requirements. The Referred Customer order cannot be returned or cancelled within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. Referral Rewards may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions; sold or transferred; redeemed for cash; or applied toward previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards. Referral Rewards expire 90 days after issuance unless stated otherwise.

Reward Payments

Referral Rewards are payable in the increments detailed in the then applicable Refer-a-Friend promotion. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 50 Qualified Referrals. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. 

Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Participants must be at least 18 years old and be legally permitted to provide the personal information (e.g., name and email address) of each Referred Customer. Revant Optics’ Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation.

No Spam

You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Revant Optics’ Refer-a-Friend program. You agree that you will only send your Refer-a-Friend referral link to individuals that meet the eligibility requirements for the Refer-a-Friend Program. You will indemnify and hold Revant Optics, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, and successors harmless, from and against any claims that may arise from any unlawful forwarding or sharing of the referral link.

Right to Close Accounts

Revant Optics reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Revant Optics Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms

Revant Optics reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

Privacy

The personal information of each Referrer and Referred Customer will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Revant Optics’ Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website and Platform Provider’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at Friendbuy Privacy. In addition, personal information may be used by Revant Optics or Platform Provider, on Revant Optics’ behalf, to contact any Referrer or Referred Customer with regard to participation in the Refer-a-Friend Program and to receive communications via the Refer-a-Friend Program.

Additional Terms, Conditions, Exclusions, and Restrictions

Additional terms, conditions, exclusions, and restrictions may apply to Referral Rewards or your use of Referral Rewards. We reserve the right to make certain Referral Rewards selectively available to certain customers at any time based on activity, geographical location, program participation, or other factors determined in our sole discretion.
